
Hi, I’m Kelsey Smith, Customer Success Manager at Wilber-Price Insurance. I started my insurance career in 2022 with State Farm and joined the Wilber-Price team in 2023. After a short return to bartending—a role I’ve always enjoyed for the people and fast pace—I realized my passion truly lies in helping clients feel informed and confident about their insurance. That’s what brought me back, and I haven’t looked back since.
I genuinely enjoy being a resource for our clients, especially when they’re unsure about what their policy covers or feel overwhelmed by the claims process. There’s nothing better than helping someone realize they’re protected and supported, even in the tough moments.
I grew up in Hocking and Pike Counties here in Ohio, where I developed a deep love for the outdoors. In my free time, you’ll usually find me outside—camping, hiking, biking, or simply relaxing by a fire with friends. I’m also a true crime enthusiast—books, documentaries, podcasts, you name it—and I’m passionate about advocating for human rights and equality for all people.
